How many children do I need to book?+
All party packages have a minimum of 10 children. You'll only ever be charged for the children who actually attend over that 10 minimum.
How many adults are included?+
Every booking includes up to 6 adults free of charge. Additional adults who stay for the duration are €2 each.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?+
Absolutely - bring your own cake. Your dedicated party host takes care of plates, candles and the big moment.
Can we bring outside food?+
Outside food isn't permitted aside from the birthday cake. All packages include freshly prepared food from our café kitchen.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Premium includes a private 30-minute disco room slot, party bags as standard, juice refills and a free return pass for the birthday child.
Can we book Laser Tag or Private Hire for a smaller group?+
Yes - Laser Tag is a flat €360 for up to 15 players and Private Hire is €360 for up to 15 children, with additional players charged per head.
Do you take deposits?+
A deposit secures your slot at booking. The balance is settled on the day based on the actual number of children attending (over the 10 minimum).
Can I move my party date if plans change?+
Yes - give us as much notice as you can and we'll do everything we can to move you to a date that suits.
